Famous for its Descenso del Sella in summer, this locality offers a great deal of delicious recipes. You'll find a wide variety of sea and land products to eat in Ribadesella. Its cuisine stands out due to its fabes with clams, lobster, seafood and even wild pig. But, undoubtly, the main protagonist is the pantrucu. This peculiar dish is prepared after the matanza and it is only made of pig. You can eat it with cheese, apple jam or with sugar.


Tapas
In the Sidrería El Tarteru you will find tapas and raciones to eat. Croquetas made with octopus, Chorizo with Sidra and the Calamari are always a great option.In the bar-restaurant La Terraza we suggest to enjoy the fresh air with having some drinks and a spanish omelette. The cheese board and the slithers are great!

There are hundreds of restaurants perfect for eating in Ribadesella but we want to talk to you about some of our favorites. The Gueyu-Mar Restaurant has decided not to offer meat and it is only based on fish and seafood. Their specialty is grilled fish.Other good options are El Rompeolas, El Volante and El restaurante-sidrería Casa Gaspar which are really apreciated by the locals.
