Apart from being beautiful, its grilled tapas have a great price. There’s not a lot of variety as only the ones that appear on a board are available, but they are made in the moment. They also offer local wines.You can order some delicious tostas at La Mandrágora and eat them with some wonderful views. The place is welcoming and the music is nice, perfect for relaxing after visiting the village.
If you would prefer to buy some of the traditional products of Miranda del Castañar, specially wine, we recommend the Bodega de la Muralla. This is an old winery of the 17th century, where you will be greatly treated.

A la carte
We highlight some of the many restaurants that exist in Miranda del Castañar.El Molino is located in the surroundings of the village. This old mill from the 19th century offers a homemade food and a beautiful place to eat at. You can eat in the terrace, between the trees, close to the shore of the Francia river.
Another option is the Mesón Caresón II, a unique place that might be hard to find. It is worth it to search for it and enjoy its terrace with a view to the mountains. They cook amazing meats.
